Our School Values

Headteacher's Welcome

Welcome to Redbridge Primary School, where happiness and activity abound! Our school’s guiding motto is

“Dream Big, Work Hard, Be Kind.”

We take pride in our inclusive community, fostering a close-knit, family-like atmosphere. Placing children at the core of our mission, we continuously pursue excellence to provide the finest educational experience for every child in our care.

At Redbridge, we take great pride in being a values-based school. Our foundation rests on six key values:

Kindness, Positivity, Resilience, Honesty, Friendship, and Respect.

We believe in the intrinsic worth of each individual and acknowledge the unique contributions they bring to our school community. These values are the cornerstone of our commitment to nurturing the personal, social, and spiritual growth of every child throughout their journey at Redbridge. Our entire staff, along with our dedicated families and students, share the responsibility of upholding these values and celebrating those who embody them in their actions and interactions.

About Redbridge Primary School

At Redbridge Primary School we want every child to be inspired to learn.

We are never afraid to self-reflect and to seek new ways of working; to do what it takes to help our children succeed.

We value the rich diversity of our community and seek to include all through strong partnerships. We recognise the positive contribution of all our pupils, parents and other community partners.

At Redbridge Primary School we are recognised as a Rights Respecting School. We work alongside UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) which is the organisation working specifically for children and their rights. Its mission is to campaign for the protection of children’s rights in order to meet children’s basic needs and empower them to realise their full potential.

Parent and school communication

At Redbridge Primary School we like to stay up-to-date with modern technology, utilising it wherever possible to improve the learning opportunities of our pupils and to maximise interaction and communication between the school, staff, pupils and parents.

School communications are sent using an exciting service which is now available for parents to ensure communication between the school and yourselves is easier and more effective. It is a free app called Groupcall Xpressions and can be installed on a mobile phone or tablet.
