Our School Values

Headteacher's Welcome

I have been in school leadership in various roles for nearly 25 years and have loved every minute of it. In fact, I still love what I do and it is my belief that working in Primary Schools is the best job in the world.

Redbridge Primary School is doing really well and provides an excellent, inclusive well-rounded, and creative educational experience for all the children who come here. I want to make sure that we continue to be successful and sustain and build upon, the excellent standards that have been achieved previously.

Happy and hard-working children, engaged and actively involved parents and a dedicated teaching team are the three ingredients I always strive for as a leader in schools.

About Redbridge Primary School

At Redbridge Primary School we want every child to be inspired to learn.

We are never afraid to self-reflect and to seek new ways of working; to do what it takes to help our children succeed.

We value the rich diversity of our community and seek to include all through strong partnerships. We recognise the positive contribution of all our pupils, parents and other community partners.

At Redbridge Primary School we are recognised as a Rights Respecting School. We work alongside UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) which is the organisation working specifically for children and their rights. Its mission is to campaign for the protection of children’s rights in order to meet children’s basic needs and empower them to realise their full potential.

Parent and school communication

At Redbridge Primary School we like to stay up-to-date with modern technology, utilising it wherever possible to improve the learning opportunities of our pupils and to maximise interaction and communication between the school, staff, pupils and parents.

School communications are sent using an exciting service which is now available for parents to ensure communication between the school and yourselves is easier and more effective. It is a free app called Groupcall Xpressions and can be installed on a mobile phone or tablet.
